Welcome to The Art of Dexterity! Please review the following Shipping and Returns Policy before placing an order from our store.


All orders ship with USPS Priority (1-3 days), and ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

**Please note that these timelines are estimates, are not guaranteed, and do not include delivery delays due to postal delays, holidays, and other factors that can sometimes cause shipping delays.


We always recommend shipping to a private residential address. If you live in a less secure location, or if you have input an address on the order form that is not a private residential address, we will ship your products to a USPS facility nearest to you. The Art of Dexterity is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after confirmation of final delivery.

Depending on the size of your order, we may ship your products in separate packaging (Domestic & International). Since carrier rates have increased due to the ongoing pandemic, we have determined this is the most economical way to ship certain orders with multiple products, and the best way to save our customers on shipping. If a shipment is split, tracking information will be provided for both packages. Items that ship separately will not be charged for additional shipping. 


We offer the most economical and reliable flat rate shipping with USPS, which arrives in 1-21 business days. All orders include tracking information. You can also choose USPS Priority International, if you would like to get your products sooner, which typically arrive in 6-10 business days.

All international shipments may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, please note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.


For all items shipped within the USA, we are pleased to accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommended that you take note of the tracking number and insure the returned package, as The Art of Dexterity is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods.

We currently do not process exchanges. Instead, please place a new order and return your original item(s) for a refund.

To receive a full refund, please ensure the following requirements are met. If these are not satisfied, we reserve the right to decline the return:

• All items must be in new and unused condition with the original packing slip. Items that have been used or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

• Method Books must be in new and unused condition, without writing or highlighting, creasing, wear to the cover, spine, or pages.  

• Digital E-book sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

**Please note, we currently do not accept returns for products shipped outside of the USA.

On the rare occasion that there is a defect in the manufacturing process or damage in shipping, please Contact Us, and let us know what's wrong. All claims of defects in manufacturing or damages in shipping must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order, so please open your shipment, and examine your products when they arrive. We require a proof of purchase (receipt/packing slip) and may require photos of the item's defect/damage before starting the return process.

If the damage is present before unboxing and appears mishandled or damaged by the carrier, please contact us as soon as you receive the package(s). Please retain your original box and packaging materials, and take photos of the damaged areas, as they are necessary when filing a claim with the carrier.
